Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 17, 2026

At Lumera, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can begin your therapeutic lip care journey. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Cancellation Window

Because we aim for rapid fulfillment, you may only cancel your order within 2 hours of placement.

  • If you request a cancellation within this window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Once the 2-hour window has passed, or if the order has been processed for shipping, the order can no longer be canceled.

2. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your Order Number:

  • Email: [Your Email Address]

  • WhatsApp/Phone: [Your Contact Number]

  • Subject Line: Urgent: Order Cancellation #[Order Number]

3. Cancellations After Shipping

If your order has already been dispatched or is “In Transit,” it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must wait to receive the item and then follow our Return Policy (provided the product remains unopened and the safety seal is intact).

4. Subscription Cancellations

(If applicable) If you have signed up for a recurring supply of Lumera Lip Booster, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

5. Refusal of Delivery

If a delivery is refused at the door or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a restocking fee (equivalent to the shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund.

6. Right of Refusal

Lumera reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Technical errors in pricing or stock availability.

  • Shipping restrictions to your specific location.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately, and you will be notified via email.
