Refund and Returns Policy
At Lumera, we take pride in the quality of our therapeutic products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of the Lumera Lip Booster, please review our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and Unused: The safety seal must be intact and the product must be in its original packaging.

Timeframe: You must initiate the return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, or where the original packaging has been tampered with.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lumerabeauty.co with:

Your order number.

A clear photo or video showing the defect or damage.
We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or promotional clearance.

Products that have been opened or used (unless defective).

Gift cards.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@lumerabeauty.co.
6. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@lumerabeauty.co. Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
